Full Terms and Conditions for Superbly Sintered: Masterful Designs in Metal Clay Exhibition

1. This call for entries is open to everyone including members and non-members of AMCAW, employees of AMCAW, members of the AMCAW board and the Advisory Panel, team Chairs and Vice-Chairs and all volunteers.
2. Please read the submission guidelines carefully and ensure you follow them. Submissions which do not follow the guidelines will be rejected and you will be informed that your entry is not in an acceptable format. You may resubmit the entry using the correct format before the deadline. There will be no refund of the entry fee in this case.
3. You can submit up to three entries but each entry must be submitted separately and must follow the submission guidelines. 
4. There is a flat fee of $10 for up to three entries. The fee is $10 whether you enter 1, 2 or 3 pieces. This is non-refundable.
5. All entries must be submitted by the deadline of December 31st, 2021, there will be no exceptions to this. Late entries will be notified that they will not be considered for the Exhibition. 
6. All entries must be submitted online, no other submission methods will be accepted. 
7. All entries must be a unique and original design. 
8. Anything made using metal clay is acceptable including but not limited to jewelry, decorative items, bodily adornment, functional items etc.
9. All entries must use metal clay in part or in full. Mixed media work is acceptable, but the entry should use metal clay as a significant element in the design. 
10. The jury will evaluate each photographic entry anonymously, ie, without knowing the name of the artist who submitted it. Do not list your name, company name or logo or any other information that may identify you in your photograph. 
11. When you enter a piece in this call for entries, you agree to AMCAW using the image of your piece in publicity, sharing your name and image with our sponsors – who may use it in their publicity – sharing it with members of AMCAW and the general public. AMCAW reserves the right to use the image on their website, in their advertising and on social media. By entering your work, you are agreeing to these conditions. 
12. If your piece is selected for inclusion in the Exhibition, it will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping to the USA and to provide a return shipping label. If shipping is from another country, you will need to make sure the courier has the correct customs label information, to avoid customs charges. AMCAW will not be held responsible for shipping costs and any customs fees incurred.
13. You are welcome to ask another person attending the conference to bring your piece back to your home, both inside and outside the USA. Any arrangement needs to be made directly between you and the person attending the conference. You will need to provide the details in an email to AMCAW, stating that you give the person permission to take your piece.
14. For anyone attending the conference, your piece will be returned to you at the end of the conference.
15. It is your responsibility to ensure you package your piece well. AMCAW will not be responsible for pieces damaged in transit.
16. The decision of the jury is final. 
17. Successful artists will be notified by email.
